Welcome to the ALCA registration portal. Please read the tuition policies and fee schedule before registering your student. Then, please complete each form below and submit it for approval.

The 2024-2025 school year promises to be one of greatness and excellence again, with your students learning in an excellent environment for learning and spiritual growth. We hope you are considering enrolling your child in ALCA for the 2024-2025 school year, and we want to make sure that you understand all the options available to you.

Due to increasing book costs, we are requiring any and all students who will be re-enrolling to attend ALCA for the 2024-2025 school year to do so by April 5, 2024. No money is due until August 1st, but the online registration must be completed between 8 AM on March 25th and April 5th at 11:59 PM. You will have TWO WEEKS to register your student online. You will receive an email with a letter containing your student’s ID and additional information. For re-enrollment questions, contact Jennie Adams.

The enrollment and tuition fees are as follows:

BOOK FEES:

  • $125.00 in book fees (K4)
    • $62.50 must be paid upfront by August 1, 2024, with the remaining $62.50 to be rolled into the monthly tuition over ten months.
  • $325.00 in book fees (K-12)
    • $200.00 must be paid upfront by August 1, 2024, with the remaining $125.00 to be rolled into the monthly tuition over ten months.

STANDARDIZED TESTING (K-12 Only):

  • $45.00 due March 1, 2025.

ABEKA ACCREDITATION FEE: (Optional for K-12)

  • $215.00
    • $115.00 must be paid upfront by August 1, 2024, with the remaining $100.00 to be rolled into the monthly tuition over ten months.

TUITION (K-12 Only):

  • $150.00 for monthly tuition (Standard fee with all book and optional accreditation fees paid).
  • $162.50 for tuition every month (Includes monthly balance of book fees).
  • $172.50 for tuition every month (Includes monthly balance of book and accreditation fees.)

TUITION (K4 Only):

  • $75.00 for monthly tuition (Standard fee with all book fees paid in total).
  • $81.25 for tuition every month (Includes monthly balance of book fees).
Registration Portal
